AI visibility
We get the information the internet holds about a business straight, strengthen the sources that can be crawled and understood, and check how the brand actually appears in search and in AI-based systems.
There is no way to place a business inside an AI system’s answer, and no way to buy a position there.
What can be done is making sure that whoever crawls the web finds information that is correct, consistent and readable — and then measuring what happens. A position in a model’s answer, a particular search ranking, or an external source agreeing to be corrected are all decisions by parties outside our control. This service is work on what is controllable.
We start from what appears today: what comes up when the business is asked about by name, what comes up when somebody asks about what it sells without naming it, and what wrong or outdated information is in circulation. Each check is recorded as a screenshot with its date and the exact query.
Business name, legal entity, address, phone, opening hours and lines of business have to be identical on the site, on social profiles, on maps and in every external source. A mismatch between sources is the most common reason for a wrong answer about a business.
One facts page on the site holds the official information, structured markup describes the same information to a machine, question pages answer what people actually ask, and external sources are corrected where correcting them is possible. This site’s own facts page is built exactly that way.
A periodic round of the same queries, so you see movement rather than a single snapshot. The result is recorded as it is, including a wrong answer we failed to change.
The report says what was checked, where, when, what was found, what was fixed, and what is still open.
A visibility check
We will run a round of queries about the business and send what came up, as it came up.
