This is an English reading of the policy. The binding text is the Hebrew version, and that version is itself an approved outline: the operative wording will be drafted with legal counsel under Amendment 13 to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, in force since 14/08/2025.
Who collects the information
FOLO Group, a registered partnership, number 558504411, Kfar Saba, Israel. It is the owner of the database and is responsible for its use.
What is collected
What you give us — details you enter in a form on the site: name, business name, phone, email, city, and a free-text description of your enquiry. When a business account is opened, also the salon name and city, and later a password.
What is collected automatically — usage data: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, and IP address. This is collected subject to your consent, except what is necessary to operate and secure the site.
Why
To come back to you about your enquiry, to manage a business account, to improve the site and the advertising, and to meet legal requirements.
Consent
Non-essential cookies load only after active consent, and it can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
