Until you consent
No Google tag and no Meta tag loads at all — not a pixel, not a measurement script, nothing that would let a third party see this visit. That is enforced in the site’s code rather than described here: the tags do not exist on the page until consent is given.
Changing your mind
The “Cookie settings” link in the footer reopens the banner, on any page, at any time. A banner that cannot be reopened is a banner that asked once and then decided for you.
