Tapeit

A hair-extension brand of HAIR & CO and a registered trade mark, sold to salons as part of the company’s range. It is the line most of the day-to-day salon work in Israel is actually done with.

01The line

Tapeit has traded in Israel since 2016, and it is the line the daily working routine in the salon was built around: tape attachment, fast application, and removal with the dedicated remover. The working and care instructions we hand to the end client were written around this line.

MissingThe trade-mark registration number and date. Also unresolved: how “trading in Israel since 2016” sits beside the company’s “more than 12 years of direct import”. They are two facts about two different things, and on an English page a reader is more likely to read them as a contradiction — the wording needs one pass before launch.

03Genuine goods

Counterfeit goods are sold in the hair-extension market, and that is true of any brand sold at volume. What we can state: genuine goods come from us or from our agent, in a sealed pack, and the warranty procedure applies only to what was bought from us.

A pack where something does not look right — a supplier you do not recognise, an opened pack, a missing marking — is worth checking with support before it is fitted.

04Shades and photography

Around 25 shades, including root transitions and lift combinations. The shade code is the same code in the catalogue and on the order. Matching is settled against the physical board.
