Three hair-extension brands, owned and imported directly

HAIR & CO imports and distributes TOPEGO PREMIUM+, Tapeit and Smartape to the professional market. Three brands sold alongside each other from the same stock, each with a board of around 25 shades.

01The salon is the customer

We do not fit extensions. The person fitting them is always a hair stylist, so everything we do is measured against one question: can the salon work with the material without having to call us in the middle of a job.

That is why the written guides for stylists — choosing a line, lengths and weights, home care, and checking that goods are genuine — exist at all, and why no length or weight figure is published anywhere without a source from the manufacturer.

02The three brands

All three brands are owned by the company, which is also the importer. They are sold side by side from the same stock and through the same agent, and a salon does not have to choose one: most of the salons working with us hold two lines and order both on one order. An item that is out of stock is out of stock for everybody — there is no separate professional inventory.

  • TOPEGO PREMIUM+ — hand-wefted, in the WEAVINGthick method.
  • Tapeit — a registered trade mark, trading in Israel since 2016, and the line most of the day-to-day salon work is actually done with.
  • Smartape — a flat attachment and low weight, for fine hair. A new line is in transit, with new shades joining the range.
03More than 12 years of direct import

The company has imported hair extensions for the Israeli professional market for more than twelve years, dealing with the manufacturers directly. The brands were added to each other over that period, which is how the three-brand range came about.

What that means in practice: there is one party responsible for the product, rather than a chain of distributors each pointing back to the one before. No intermediary swaps supplier mid-stream and brings in goods that look different from the last shipment.

04Shades are settled by hand

Each brand has a board of around 25 shades, including root-transition and lift combinations. A shade on a screen is not the shade in your hand: lighting, screen calibration and hair texture all change what is seen, so matching is always settled against the physical board.

MissingPhotography of the shade board. There is not one photograph of a single shade on file, so no shade is shown here — a colour swatch rendered in CSS is not a photograph of hair, and a buyer choosing from one is being misled. 75 slots are catalogued on the Hebrew shade guide, every one of them labelled as awaiting its photograph.

Distribution and wholesale

If you are a distributor or importer looking at a territory, that conversation has its own page.
