This statement does not claim compliance. The three tests a compliance claim would have to rest on have not been run, and saying otherwise would be the one accessibility failure that cannot be fixed later.
What the site aims at
Israeli standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.1 AA.
What has been built
Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator; a skip-to-content link; a logical heading hierarchy; text alternatives on images; contrast checked against the dark background; forms whose labels are tied to their fields and whose error messages say what to fix; and reduced-motion support, so animation stops for a visitor whose system asks for that.
What has not been tested
A screen-reader pass with a real user, an assistive-technology review by an accessibility specialist, and a full manual audit against IS 5568. Until those have been run, the statement above describes intent and implementation — not certified conformance.
